Have you added any new mods? That would be the first place I would check, but yes most likely it is a mod issue. All mods need to be updated after a new patch is added. I have had this happen a couple of times in the past and found this to be the case. Also, clear out your cache files when removing and or updating mods. It is also good to check any cc you have in your game folder as well.
