After the update it seems I can't fertilize the plants with pet poops, the poop stays in the inventory and the plant never get fertilized, other fertilizers work find though..I know it's not a huge issue but I have alot of dogs and they leave alot of big poops everywhere and I have a large garden and now their poop became useless..

Same issue since latest patch. I have opened a bug report at EA bug report under the following heading "Unable to use pet poop as fertilizer".Please log in and click me too to add your vote for this bug to be resolved.

Seriously?! I’ve literally been hoarding pet poop specifically for this purpose for like a sim week! My sims currently have like 5 large poops in their inventories! I hope this gets fixed soon.

I didn't even realize that was a thing until I read this post. I've just been throwing it out. Too bad it's broken now.

TBF, in real life pet poop is actually really bad fertiliser.

I noticed this too. I thought maybe the poop lasted for multiple fertilizations or something, but yeah, it just never disappears.
