My problem goes like this:
Clues: Female, blonde, young adult, shorts, blouse, mean trait.
Searched for her for five shifts so far. Not one blonde or shorts-wearing Sim on any of the APB lots.
Then today, I find a Sim who matches all six traits...and it says unlawful arrest.
