Can't finish Extreme Sports Enthusiast Aspiration

So I have not posted here in years and so I hope I'm not breaking any rules. I play the Sims on and off just started again after a long break. Trying to have my Sim complete the extreme sports enthusi...

@TRUTHhurts953, if you own the seasons expansion pack (and I assume you do based on discussing the need for bad weather), buy a Doctor June's Weather control device. If your sims don't actually live in the Mt. Komorebi world, buy it on one of the public space lots, like the Onsen bathhouse. Then use it to change the weather to whatever you want.
