Sounds like the problem I have.
My cop won't let me join them at work. I don't even get asked anymore. Now they just walk off to work by themselves. I have tried repairs/going to park the works. Nothing fixes it but starting over and I already got to 8 so don't want to climb the ladder again. *sighs*
