Hello. I had the same problem. The thing is you need to grow this plant from a flower. Thr grafting and rare seed packet don't work. You need to harvest a flower and plant that flower. You can get the flower on a romace festival. Or I can share some in the gallery for you, if you are interested.

It's not a big but it takes forever to grow! I was watching TheSimsSupply on Youtube and the same thing was happening to him, he eventually got it though but orchids take forever as well! Keep trying!
