Can't place lots from gallery :(

Hey guys...

Wondering if somebody could advise me as I'm really not into the technical side of gaming. I'm having an issue that only started occuring today, where I cannot place any lots into my game from the gallery.

When I try to place one, the loading screen comes up as if to say it's working, but then afterwards the lot remains the same as before, no new lot! I've tried now with various gallery lots, on various spaces in the town, but same issue. I restarted my game, no change. I've tried on an empty lot, and a lot with a pre-existing build. :/

Has anyone had this problem before and might now how to solve it?
