Can't sell puppy or adopt it out
The adoption person just stands and whips the air for hours, but doesn't take the puppy away. Game has been repaired.

Guys I found a fix for this! I sold my two puppies, the guys came to collect them and just stood there swiping at the air for ages, and the event wouldn't end. I used testing cheats TRUE and then shift+clicked on the agents and the puppies and 'reset object (debug)'. I had to do it a couple of times on each of them, but then they suddenly took the puppies and left. yay!
