That's a very interesting take, but all of them were Paparazzi. I think he's wondering just why they all stormed the stage when he's trying to give a concert, myself.

Sigh... Did Robbie prank the paparazzi by putting glue all over their cameras again?

He may be wondering if she is a famous musician from another town that he hadn’t heard about  and if that is why they are taking photos of her. After the paparazzi leaves, he may then go and chat to her about her music.
