Career Styled Room

My sim just achieved the top level of the Medical career and it said he received a Medical Career Styled Room. How does he get this? Does it mean it is simply "unlocked" but he still has to have the money to buy the room? Nobody else can buy it?

    Hello.
    It means that it is now unlocked and he can buy it to use the room in his home. It is a medical themed room. He needs to go into build mode, go to the styled rooms section, and he will be able to buy and place the room.
