A plastic surgeon as both freelance and active. Can you imagine working from home as a plastic surgeon and be able to pluck up...I mean invite all those unfortunate pancake looking townies and give them a tuck here and nip there? And I haven't played the Stylist career but if their styling is permanent then a Sim couple in those two careers would be a god send. Or a calamity depending on said townies POV :naughty:
