Great video, the trait changes does sound like they are pretty good.
They should have shared this on the patch notes, it's pretty difficult to give feedback, thank the sims team for them or even talk about these changes if we don't get told what they are.
But maybe they never really had the option to share it with us or this is the way they wanted to add it.
