cas.fulleditmode - not working

Does cas.fulleditmode no longer work; or is there a new way to get into full edit mode while in the game?

@catmando830 it is working in my game just make sure you type in testingCheat on in the cheat window first before typing in cas.fulleditmode and it should work ?
