Small eyes and longer faces, for both male and female sims. I change it up sometimes if I'm trying to go for a theme, but it's basically that.
I also tend to go overboard with freckles and moles when I'm just playing in CAS too. I know that off the top of my head, I always click on RG male hair for literally everyone as my first choice before trying other hairstyles lmao
