Here's a vanilla sim. I had nothing in my mods folder when I took this screenshot. This image is a full body shot taken in CAS that I opened in Photoshop, zoomed into the face, then took a screenshot of what's on my computer screen. It's ghastly. Look at those lips! Is this normal?
