You could try this GraphicsRules Override or GraphicsRules Setters.
Altering the GraphicsRules file will increase the quality of graphics. Use the first link if you want easy copy/paste. Second option if you would like to fine tune some of the options.
I'm not totally sure this will solve your issue. You could also try taking screenshots with Answers HQ anyway.
I'll try those, SimplyJen, thanks. I had some trouble a few days ago updating my game. The stupid EA app kept throwing errors. I finally got frustrated and re-installed my game so I wonder if that has anything to do with my problem. I tried repairing the game, as well. I hadn't thought of using the snipping tool. That's a good idea. I did try taking a screenshot using the print screen button but it didn't seem to be any better. I may submit a bug report but I'm questioning whether this is a problem that's normal or if I'm imagining things. Maybe it's my monitor. Maybe it's Maybelline! Sorry. Couldn't resist. :)
