Well, I think I'm just going to have to live with the low quality of full body and 3/4 body shots. I tried the graphicrules.sgr mod that SimplyJen suggested. Didn't change the sim's face quality in the full and 3/4 body shots. Tried SRWE which meant I could take a screenshot in 4K but given the size restrictions of tumblr and Sims Resource (where I primarily upload my stuff) I'd have to resize the shots and guess what happens? Much blur. Same issue with taking a screenshot of my computer screen with Print Screen or the Snipping tool: Must resize = pixelated. Ditto with Katverse's method. I'm out of ideas. Probably it wouldn't be noticeable in a screenshot anyway. The faces do look good if I zoom into them and take a screenshot, which is great for things like earrings, makeup, hair, etc., but the full body and 3/4 body shots are messy and that's just how it is.
