Cat Headband Hairstyle

Question

What's up with the blonde swatches of the hair with the cat ears from Cats and Dogs? Two of them are the same yellow blonde even though the ears are different:

usually there's only 1 swatch for that color blonde. I guess they just wanted to give you a choice between the two ear colors. Though why they'd only do that for one of the hair colors is beyond me, especially since they've never done it for hairbands and other hair accessories.

The problem is the top one is supposed to be match her eyebrows in that picture.
