• The wait for birth is shorter, they do show while pregnant, birth is much like for Sims.
  
• Lot trait: Breeding Ground - more likely to have more pet babies (more likely to have 2-3).
  
• Cats and dogs can have 1, 2 or 3 (or 4 - from the Vet livestream) kittens/puppies per pregnancy. They can't get pregnant if there isn't room in the household.

- Pets can give birth on any lot. There's no special interactions to doing that at the Clinic.

Some clarity on Pets Aging Up: There is no manual interaction on the Pet. You can, however, purchase an age-up (or down!) treat from the vet clinic vending machine. I'm sorry that I created confusion yesterday, that wasn't my intention. Happy Simming!

The age-up and age-down treats cost 150 Simoleons from a vending machine. You can store them in a vending machine at home. You can also craft on your own crafting table if you have enough Vet skill. (from the Vet livestream)

• Dogs and cats can only die of old age. The reason for this was that they found it too disturbing in gameplay otherwise in their own test playing.
