If you get ‘get to wotk’ There are vending machines in he hospital...but of course that’s only available if you are an employee at the hospital. As you can’t go there otherwise....
You can find them in Buy Mode and place them anywhere -- I have one at the park in Oasis Springs along with a microwave for Sims to have a snack without having to grill anything, especially for kids. Also have one at my bowling center since kids can't order food from the bar.
