Sparse? Lol. This blows like 95% Sims EPs out of the water in terms of object count. TS3: Seasons, for example, comes with around 130 objects (and that includes build mode items like doors and windows). Here we have almost 300 without even including a bunch of build mode items.
So I count 277 items here(not counting buildmode). This is very likely all of the buy mode objects, the number is about right. You can't judge S4 packs by S3 standards. Get to Work had 360 items total and City Living had 310 total according to SimsVip.
