These are in the bottom of the section, so you'll have to scroll through the decorations. If you can't find it, search for it. No cheats required.
Yes, you can examine and cure pets at home, but you won't earn any money from it. It has been confirmed in the official vet lifestream.
Well that's pretty obvious, it's not like you're getting paid for curing your own pet in your own home lol.
