Can you put on a collar on dogs when they're on a leash?? I noticed a lot of dogs go "naked" when they go for a walk. Not a big fan of that.
Funny you should ask, because I tried, and the dog put on a collar first before getting leashed.
I used my test sim for a dog. Here he is jogging with Slim Shady.

Huh. I wonder if there's some sort of clothing options like for the sims, or does the pets only have one option when it comes to clothes?
I just checked, and they have a walking clothing category, as well as everyday. :)
