I spoke with customer service because I didn’t receive the pre-ordered bonus and it was listed. They told me that I didn’t receive the pre-order bonus because I didn’t buy the pack before release date. Which doesn’t make sense but whatever. 

I wanted to know did anybody pre-order with CD keys and get the bonus?

They are selling the bonus content separately. I bought the pack and the bonus stuff from them as two separate items.
