Celebrities Showing Up At Every Public Venue Now!!

Before, celebrities would only show up at venues that have the "Hottest Place In Town" and "Up And Coming" traits yet they seem to arrive at all public venues now, even the ones that don't even have these traits.

For example, I sent some Sims to two different gyms I built and there is always a member of the Paparazzi out front.

    They're even cluttering up the bunny slopes. Enough already! They should be restricted to where an appearance makes sense. As it is now they are just another annoying useless townie.

    Carl from Carl's Sims Guides has excellent points about this; this is a bigger symptom of townies having no boundaries in terms of how they roam the world (Island Living townies consistently appearing on top of Mt. Komorebi). Celebrities just push it to the extreme and make it all look ridiculous (also it's always Judith Ward somehow??).
