In the tab on the lower right that contains traits, scroll down and there should be the fame meter and reputation. On the fame meter, there should be a way to opt out of fame. It’ll remove her fame entirely but she’ll be left alone

You can use the celebrity disguise option on the mirror to stop it. You could also use my invisibledisguise mod in Addition If you don't want hed looks to change.
