Challenge - Ginger Haired or Red Headed Sims

Personally, I am a natural redhead and I do understand that it's a British thing to call us gingers. I'm baffled. Where does that name stem from? The spice, Ginger is almost white when ground. As for donating to the cause, I don't have many Sims posted in the Gallery, let alone redheaded ones. ;) Good luck on your quest.
