Change crib?

Why don't you just buy a new crib, pick up the baby and put it in the new crib?

Oh wait, babies are objects bound to their cribs. Not possible.

All jokes aside, I also had this issue, and wasn't able to figure out how to change it either. :'(

You can use the design tool to change the color to blue, green, or yellow. Happy simming. :)

Not while there is a baby in it, I've already tried tonight.

Interesting, I didn't know that. I've always had my nursery ready before the baby arrived so I never had to change it while the infant was in it.

I guess you'll have to plan your nursery in advance next time OP! ;) LOL

Next time, make the nursery in neutral colors, yellow or green. Or, plan ahead and influence the baby's gender. It is so very frustrating that we can't change the colors out once in use. I waited too long to purchase a bassinet so Social Services IE BIG Government, provided one for me. Thanks, but I didn't need charity, and you gave my bouncing baby boy a PINK bassinet. Two things wrong with this: A) I'm old-fashioned and B ) I really HATE the color pink!

ETA: I made the mistake of placing the ) too close to the B and got this instead B) :open_mouth:

The sad part is I was trying to influence a baby girl, she was listening to a lot of pop music, and all I ended up with was a boy in a pink bassinet lol so good thing I didn't make a fully girl nursery in anticipation, but now got a boy nursery with the pink bassinet. I'm old fashioned too, nothing wrong with boys and pink, just didn't have it in mind for my nursery

@GalacticGal techinally pink was a boy's girl and blue was a girl's colour (look at Alice and Wendy from Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan movies-Alice and Wendy wear blue and in Peter Pan Michael wears pink)

Those influences they introduced hasn't worked for a long time. It was broken in the following patch. You can eat all the strawberries or carrots you want while listening to pop or alternative, you'll still wind up with whatever the game wants you to have. It was another useless update that meant nothing at all.
