change into nude?!

My sim got home from work, and I clicked on her to change her outfit (love the new outfit picker, btw; makes it so much easier!) and I had to option to "change into nude" ... when did that get added in?! And sure enough, she spun in place and her work uniform was replaced by pixellated nudity.

I read all the patch notes, and I could swear I had not seen this mentioned! Anyone else notice it, or know when it showed up?

    This has been in the game for while now, if your sim is around any children the option will be grayed out.

    Yes, the only difference now is the new outfit selector with thumbnail previews, and since nude isn't an editable outfit, it now appears separate from the new outfit selection interface.

    Aha, that may be why I hadn't noticed it before. I don't usually tell my sims to change outfits, lol. :D

    I can't figure it out they come naked and in their underwear, and they are usually the elders! I have to ask this why are they not anatomically correct though if they are going to be nude, it seems to me to be just the natural course of this.

    I think it got added in because of the skinny dipping option haha. I also had a few nude elders come knock on my door! I thought it was maybe because I have a pool, but I'm not sure if that's a factor or not.

    After the recent patch (June 2019), I now have click on Change Outfit and have a choice to Change into Nudity, on the other hand, my spouse who has all the same everything including mods, etc., does not. I don't have GT at all just the base game. How can I get my spouse's sims to have that choice? We have checked all of our mods etc and nothing has changed.

    It's possible that this option was added with the recent patch and your spouse's mods or CC is preventing it from appearing. You have to completely remove ALL mods/CC and delete the localthumbcache file in the game folder to see if the problem is mod related.
