Change my dogs outfit while in game?

My Sims adopted their first dog, which is my first ever Sims4 pet. Cookie is a Maltese that runs around like a maniac and is totally adorable.
It's winter in Willow Creek and Cookie's owners are fairly responsible, so they are taking him for walks.
That resulted in Cookie putting on this dinosaur looking outfit. It's cute -but it makes me wonder what other accessories Cookie could be wearing as well/instead.

I looked for a 'Change Outfit' option but can't seem to find it. Am I missing something? Please advise.

I think there's an option under the Pet Care menu sims get when clicking on their pets. I could be wrong, though. If not, you can just use a dresser or mirror to enter CAS and do it the way you would for a human sim.

Thanks @floridameerkat. There is a Change Outfit option I hadn't spotted in the Pet Care menu; but it only allows for changing into established outfits :/
CAS might have to be it. My Sims are due for some new outfits anyway.

If you click on a cupboard/dresser with your sim and select the “plan outfit” option then you can just change the whole household outfits including the pets.
