Changed Trait Moodlet keeps appearing after removing trait

Have you tried deleting the caches and repairing your game? The game needs to be reset, for lack of a better explanation, when big changes are made to your Sims. Deleting the caches and repairing the game should get rid of any lingering affects from the previous trait/traits your Sim had. Delete the caches before you repair or the game will continue to load the old trait rather than the new one. Any time you make big changes using cheats, it is always a good idea to at least delete the localthumcache because that is what the game will try to load every time you fire up the game.
