I got that screen once. I was fuming. But, if memory serves, I either exited the App, and/or did an App recovery. I wish I could remember clearly, but later on it finally loaded correctly. I think it may have been a glitch on EA's end or something.
ETA: I may have done a game repair. No, I went into manage packs.
