Chat With Civilians?
Anyone know how to do the "Chat With Civilians" task (Police Career)? I've talked with about 4 civilians, but this task never clears. Is there a specific interaction I'm supposed to do to clear this? ...

yes this goal is achieved only by saying anything to them after greeting them. the take civilian report is done with any sim with the civilian tag on their name (when you hover over the sim) the take report is an actual option usually found on the main list but sometimes you have to go threw the friendly list. it will have the detective badge icon on it.
