Cheat for after school drama club promotion?

Question

It looks like my teen is stuck in one of the levels of the drama club and even if he has the skills necessary for the next promotion and the promotion bar has the "tick" on it, he never gets promoted. It seems like a bug to me.
So, I am trying to cheat it to advance properly but I don't seem to find that cheat anywhere online.
Any idea what the cheat is?

Try these cheats. No mods required (I've used them without mods).

careers.promote dramaclub
careers.promote volunteer_dramaclub

I found them in TwistedMexi's cheat list. For me, the first cheat usually worked.
