Love the echoes of northern Arizona/New Mexico and southern Utah! My husband and I took a road trip holiday there a few years ago and absolutely loved it. But now I'm craving frybread. (If anyone wants to know, the best EVER burger is served on frybread from a truck in a village roughly southwest of Los Alamos.)
