Child sim has rainbow above head?

I think it's from the Good Schools lot trait -- the lot traits add a bunch of effects to show they're working, like my painter Sim sparkles when he's painting because I have the trait that makes painting skill faster to develop, or I'll have a different effect when I send my Sim to the bar or nightclub because I have the trait that improves Charisma on those lots.
