I have a note that I would like to include about this very thing happening to me recently. I had this same problem. I could not get the Picky Eater childhood phase to go away. I tried all of the cheats listed above, but none of them worked. Then I tried traits.remove_trait ChildhoodPhase_PickyEater_E, and lo and behold...it worked! Everywhere I looked never listed the E option, but apparently it exists!
