My personal game play experience, City Living game play is pretty much on hold until I get University.
I do have teens that have CosPlay as a hobby using the City Living's GeekCon festival and a cybercafe for support, but it is leaning heavily on Get Famous for costumes, live streaming drones, and the video station.
So a vote for Get Famous for me.
My uni grads will take advantage of City Living whenever it comes out.
