Thanks, everyone! Your feedback was super helpful. I ended up going with City Living in the end. I think the point @phantom121294 made about the major point of buying each pack did it for me. I just got Vintage Glamour, which is glitzy enough, so I think I can wait a bit for the build/buy of Get Famous.
