City Living or Get Famous?

I have enough Christmas money for some new Sims packs, but I absolutely can't decide on which EP to get. I think the Youtube career in GF looks amazing and I love a lot of the build/buy items, but the world and fame part of GF aren't all that appealing. Contrarily, I LOVE the world in City Living and would love to build with apartments, but I'm not super crazy for the festivals or new careers. What do you guys think sounds like the way to go? Which do you enjoy more yourselves? Please vote and leave your thoughts below!

    @Mia_Michelle I understand that you posted in this thread because you are a new member. However, you revived a conversation that had naturally concluded and been inactive for 2 years.
    I hope that the comments by @smilepanda and @SERVERFRA have been helpful in deciding which pack to go for.
