Do we know if those penthouse lots are rentals or if they can be owned?
I think they are like penthouses in Discover University and City Living
it was shown in reveal trailer that you can build the lotPenthouse lots from previous packs can be changed to whatever lot type you want, except for residential rentals (for rent). I have a vacation rental on a penthouse lot in San mychuno and it works fine.
