I haven't bought the EP yet and I'm a bit concerned about how festivals function. I rotate through many different households and try to play them all very differently, different skills, traits etc, and I was wondering, as an example, if I send my romantic sim to the Romance festival, does the game send my other sims I play with (in the non-active households) to the festival or does it generate townies only as the other guests? I'd hate to rotate to a household and find - once again - that everyone is in love with everyone else, or that my sims who are meant to have a serious peronality suddenly have a high mishief skill because the game chose to send them to the hijinx festival. Thanks to anyone who knows about this.
I would assume it's any household. It's definitely not newly generated once but and I don't think the game makes a difference if you played them or not.
