Hi,

I m probably being really stupid but.... I ve played with a sim living in San Myshuno for 4 sims days now and have nt seen a single festival. Where are they? The board outsie the apartment only has the option to Read Note or Leave Note, nothing about festivals, the boards around the city tell me about movies? What am I missing? I don't use mods or CC.
