I can't get this whim completed either! I've clicked on every window, and there's no interaction to "look out window"!
I clicked every window as well and nothing worked. I went into build mode and clicked on the window to see what it was called and it was something about a window with a view. When I went back to live mode, the option to look out the window was there.
