You are unable to buy all the ingredients that are in the meals. You can use some of the ingredients listed in the meals though if you already have them in your inventory /fridge and have ticked " use fresh ingredients " on the box in the panel where you can choose the meals to cook. The ingredients are listed in the recipe panel.
