I can't guarantee I have never had the 'Genius' trait on the sim because she is from way back and been edited in Full.CAS mode several times for the current iteration.
Now, when I came to try and remove the non-existent 'Genius' trait using 'traits.remove_trait Genius', I found this cheat and the 'traits.equip_trait' did not work for 'Genius' and 'Creative' traits. Other traits worked but I didn't try them all.
I tried with a new game and new family created in CAS. Still, the traits cheat did not work for 'Genius' and 'Creative'.
1. Any suggestions to stop the 'Tense' buff from a non-existent 'Genius' trait.
2. Is the problem with the cheat just me, a bug, an intended CL change or has it always been like that?

A workaround is to buy the " carefree " trait reward , and that will stop her from being tense.
If you have Spa Day, a massage, a mud bath or a bath soak can help prevent or relieve the tense emotion.
