I have some questions too!
1. My neighbors at culpepper are noisy, but there seems to be no option to knock on their door or something (notes are coming out of their door). Is there really no way to ask them to be a bit more quiet?
2. Are there any secret lots in san myshuno?
3. Are vacant apartments in my building gonna stay that way until I move a family in? Skippes TS3, but I remember from TS2 that townies will just inhibit the vacant apartments so you always have company.
