Okay, so here's the fun part; My other playable Sims can "Order" on their computer. But my regular Sims can't "Order" on the computer that the other Sims can.
So, I bought my Sims a new computer, the curved one, and that fixed the problem. I don't know if they still can't Order on Moira's computer, but they can on theirs.
Funny thing is, the next day Rosemary was in the gaming tournament at Geek Con, and she won the exact same computer.

It is good that the issue has been fixed and your sims can now order on the new computer :) Sometimes a computer can glitch, and when it is replaced the options return and the issue is fixed.
