I'm not sure if these are technical questions or gameplay questions. I may just not know how this particular thing is supposed to work. My apartment has the gnomes trait but everything still breaks and stays broken. Is there something I should be doing to "activate" the gnomes? Also, whenever my circuit box breaks, if I call the landlord to fix it he does but the lights don't get the message. I have to load in a different lot and come back in order for the lights to work. Am I missing a step or is this a glitch?
BTW, no CC in my game at all.
