Sorry, I know this isn't exactly the right place for it but I'm not allowed to make a new post for some reason. Anyway, I had a repairman come and fix everything on my lot (I have the gremlins lot trait) and then he wouldn't leave. For days. Nor was there an option to "ask to leave" and "goodbye" didn't make him leave either. Finally, after exiting the game and reloading I came back to find him gone. Then, several sim hours later he appeared at my door waiting to be let in and he stood there waiting for several sim days after which time he just walked right on in while my sim was sleeping and now he wont leave again. I haven't spoken to him, so that's not why he has invited himself in. He just wont leave and it's getting really irritating! Any suggestions?
